동네 강아지 홀쭉이에게까지 도망 다니는 초등학생 풍은 겁이 많지만 장난끼가 넘친다. 같은 반이자 야채가게 딸인 랑을 좋아하는 풍. 어느 날 대한과 쌍둥이 똘마니들에게 괴롭힘을 당하는 모습을 그녀에게 들키고 만다. 자괴감에 빠진 풍, 우연히 TV에서 를 보게 되고 자신에게 이상한 기운이 감도는 것을 느낀다. 며칠 후 구름다리에 올라갔다가 떨어지는 풍, 자신이 전혀 다치지 않았다는 사실을 알고 강한 힘을 얻게 되는데.... (A skinny boy in elementary school named Poong has a lot of fears, even running away from a little mutt, but he’s also very playful. He has a crush on a girl named Rang who’s in the same class as his and also the daughter of a vegetable vendor in his neighborhood. One day, Rang sees Poong get picked on by the school bully and his twin sidekicks. Poong becomes devastated. But then later, he coincidentally sees The Incredible Hulk playing on TV, and feels a weird sensation run through him. A few days later, Poong stands on top of a slide and jumps off to find not a single scratch on his body. But could that really come true? After you change once, you strive to change into a stronger figure, but only to find yourself later returning to your original state. This film is about one boy who carries this small wish, and I wanted to express it as best as possible through a boys perspective and imagination.)
